Andre Bartlett
Andre has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years. He started his career at Lloyds Bank and more recently worked for SPF Private Clients for 14 years running a very successful specialist finance team. Andre has been awarded Best Buy To Let broker at the British Mortgage Awards and numerous other industry awards.
Chris Borwick
Chris has been in the mortgage industry since 2000 when he started working at The Woolwich. He co-founded a specialist finance team at SPF Private Clients, where spent 12 very successful years, winning a variety of industry awards.
Jack Sharp
Jack is our in house mortgage expert. He brings a wealth of knowledge and background of many years working in and around property finance.
Richard Stock
Richard has been in the mortgage industry for over 2 decades, starting withing a graduate role at the then named Savills Private Finance, where he worked within the Canary Wharf office. After studying and attaining CeMap he was promoted and relished advising clients. Predominantly buy to let to begin with but also residential specializing in High Net Worth and High Net Earning clients. Most recently Richard has worked for two exceptional boutique brokerages increasing his knowledge further within the specialist market advising clients on all aspects of property lending
Helen Yang
Helen brings with her a wealth of experience from her previous role at Knight Frank, where she specialized in residential mortgages and Buy to Let/Investor mortgages. Helen is also well-versed in Bridging finance, adding a valuable dimension to our team’s expertise. Her proficiency in both Cantonese and Mandarin enables her to serve a diverse range of clients effectively.
Aakash Nagrani
With specialisms in property finance covering regulated mortgages, bridging and development finance , Aakash brings a wealth of experience to the team. Aakash’s day to day is focused on maintaining close relationships with clients, partners and lenders and seeing a deal through from enquiry to completion.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis and golf, badly in his own opinion, but it’s the taking part that matters right?
